Does anyone have styles built or ideas how to grab AS/400 screens and reports and make them look good in MS Word?

I know how to copy a spool file to Word; I am looking for styles or something that will make them look like greenbar background reports.  For screens, how to make them look like screens with a nice border.

I would the following requirements to be met:

1)      How can I make any font fixed pitch so AS/400 reports and screen columns line up vertically?

2)      How can I make a greenbar background without a bitmapped image.

3)      How can I make a nice border to look like a screen (not bit mapped).

4)      Any other ideas for creating AS/400 software documentation.

We wrote a utility program to do this.  It captures everything on the screen.  We even developed custom fonts for reverse images and column separators!

It's what I use for my COMMON presentations.
