What to have on a new AS/400 -- MIDRANGE-L

What are you planning to use for screen design, editing, etc.?  SEU, SDA, PDM,
etc. are all part of ADTS.  Even if you planned to use Code/400 ADTS is still a
pre-req. The alternative would be Aldon's Flex/Edit or Cozzi's Code Studio.  You
could of course use a plain PC editor, but then you'd have no syntax assist at
all.
