It would run with 128 meg.  Question is, do you want to?  Like Al says, IBM is 
rumored to increase
the minimum to 256.

Do you want to run Win98 on 16 meg?  It can run, you know.

Oh, make sure your ethernet card is the 10/100 card.  It's the same price 
(free) as the 10meg card
but not necessarily ordered unless you specify it.

using it, do you really think it will require that much, the standard was
