I kind of thing it is the other way around. It is just because of how fast
we have gone to ILE RPG that we will have a lot of people greeting at
Wal-Mart. 

Sticking your head in the sand just has never been a great way to deal with
changes.

Java is like teen-age sex.  Everybody is talking about it, but very few are
actually doing it.

And judging by how fast ILE has taken the AS/400 world by storm, RPG
programmers will not be greeting you at Wal-Mart for some time yet.

Has Java taken over?? how many sites are actually using Java instead of
RPG, or even side by side to any major degree. Not many I imagine.
