If you are using Outlook or most of the popular e-mail packages, just set
them as junk e-mail. The software will just dump them everytime a message
comes and send them a message with Outlook.

Just ignore them. They eventually stop calling. I purchased one of there
training CDs on TCP/IP support for the AS400 several years ago. They
stopped calling when I sent them to VMH and never returned their calls.
Never read their mail.... Hey can you set up your mail server to
automatically delete all their incoming mail? Then send back a reply
stating the mail was deleted without being read like a tracking flag? Or
just how about hacking their system and removing your name? Ok just
thinking out loud. Ignore them and they will fade away, slooowwwlllyy
though.

Folks:

I really hate to bring the subject up again ... but it looks like
the400group doesn't get the message... I've been getting email
from them at work for quite some time (more than a year, I think)
and have repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing lists to
no avail.

In San Antonio I asked someone in their booth (who's name I forget)
to PLEASE remove me from their email lists... but what shows up
in my mailbox today? More SPAM.

<sigh>

What can be done?
