You could just load 4 different subfiles up front, and then just display 
whatever one you want. In general, I'm against loading a complete subfile since 
you're reading an awful lot of records that probably won't get looked at. But 
if you're sure the file is going to stay small, and there going to be in it a 
lot, It seems better to load all four of em once. The idea is to stay out of 
the database as much as possible.
