We have a batch browser product that would allow you to do things like
automate entering purchase orders on remote web sites.  We don't
currently market this product to the general AS/400 public but we have a
number of 3rd party software vendors that are embedding it in their
products, especially to allow shipment tracking. If this is a here and
now issue contact me directly and I may be able to help.
