You may want to look at Firewall for AS/400 product.

Hi All,

Is it possible to configure an AS/400 as a web proxy? What
softwar/hardware/other is required? Currently we connect to our ISP via
WinNT dialup, but we experience many problems with the MS Proxy. I was
asked wether we could replace NT with AS/400. We are currently at V4R3.
