I know your specific question was for the AS00 to act as a proxy, and I
don't know the answer to that question, however we use WinProxy
(www.winproxy.com) and have been very happy with it and it is very easy to
set up and configure.  I think the full license is about $300 but you can
download and try it for 30 days.
