We have an IVR from Syntellect attached to an AS/400 with controller type 3174, category *RWS, running token ring, with 48 attached devices of type 3277. Our problem is this. Devices 1-26 stay online all the time except when we bring them down, however devices 27-48 are inconsistent and will go to vary on pending or even vary off for no outstanding reason. Syntellect says that devices 27-48 are considered LUA's and operate differently than devices 1-26 even though they are identical. The IVR is attached to a PC running OS/2 and using a product called VocalPoint. Can someone in your group help me or point me to someone who has had similar experiences.
