  • Subject: IVR(Interactive Voice Response) Help
  • From: Mark Sweeney <MSweeney@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

I have an IVR from Syntellect attached to our AS/400 by way
of a remote controller(*RWS)
Type(3174) on a token ring network with 48 configured device
descriptions (*DSP) (*RMT) (3277). Our problem is this, devices 1-26 are
always active as they should be, however devices 27-48 fluctuate between
active, vary-on-pending or varied-off. Our AS/400 has approx. 200 users, is
a 9406-620 V4R1M0, 20gb DASD, 128MB Memory. The IVR runs a product called
Vocalpoint with OS/2. The devices 27-48 are considered LUAs . Any help would
be appreciated in finding a solution to keeping devices 27-48 active all the
time.

                Thanks,

                Mark Sweeney
