                We also have a 3490 and have found it to be easy to use and
very reliable. We have had it for approx. 1 year and use it quite often.

had for 2 years
                        now.  we had a time getting it to work at first, but
it has worked fine
                        since.  

                        i'm at home and cant remember the name of the
company that made it, but
                        it's from colorado.
