Thanks to all who contributed to resolving this problem. I've used 9 queries in total and asked our stores manager if he can consolidate his location methods.

I knew it could be done via query and you pointed me in the right direction. I had a look at Evan's suggestion of utilising Excel / Access functions but quickly gave up. The next step is to investigate a more automated solution and Yossi has given me some ideas of where to go.
