If you lose this URL, you can get there the same way that I did:
1)  Go to http://as400service.rochester.ibm.com/as400/service.html
2)  Click on "Technical Information database" (on the left)
3)  Click on "AS/400 Software Knowledge Base" (on the right)
4)  Click on "Print" (on the left)
5)  Click on "Search" (in the middle)
6)  Type "tcp/ip" in the search box and press the "Search" button
7)  Click on document 8983237.

BTW, I think this support has been PTF'd back at least to v3r7 for some
time.
