Bob, you are spoilt ! I wish I could get my hands on 1 12 way machine ! 
Ours is a 4 way, 205G at 80% util., 1.5G memory, model 320-2052. The PF 
in question has dozens of LFs over it and nothing is optimised, in terms 
of best practices of creating files, maintaining the system, etc. So I 
guess we would expect long reorg times.
