V4R2 and Date Data Type Users,

We are about to go to V4R2, so I am looking into the
the new DATFMT and MAPVAL keywords.

My big question is how am I suppose to show a Null
date on a screen using these keywords and the L data
type in the Display file???? Or on a report for that matter?

ALL dates are valid in our database! We do not use
special dates to mean certain things. So mapping
'01/01/0001' to *BLANKS does not work for us!

It seems we are still stuck using a numeric or character
field with moves.?.?
