Works like a champ!  If I'm not mistaken, a prompted STRISDB even allows entry
of a job name/user/number -- could be confusing that functionality
w/EXTERMIN8, though.  The only problem is that users at the plant (across the
street from us) that have no direct phone number tend to end the job just as
you're _about_ to pinpoint the source of their loop!  Works much better when
you're in constant contact w/the user...
