IPL Source

I have an interesting dilemna.  I was looking at my most recent rack
config and noticed my Alternate IPL Unit is set as my Optical Drive. 
Obviously I do not want this.  I have a 3590-B11 tape drive I would like
to use instead.  My tape drive device is TAP02.  On the Rack Config it
only shows TAP01 and under the heading of Rack Enclosure, TAPE LIBRARY
with resource name TAPLIB01.  Basically, I want to know how I can change
the Alternate IPL to TAP02.  Do I need to change it to TAPLIB01?
