SF99052 is a special 'group package' order for a series of 5763XK1 PTF's. Did you specify DELIVERY(*ANY) on the SNDPTFORD ? Also - if there's a specific problem you're having you can check SF97410 cover letter and search for the 5763XK1 section you will see (most) of the available 5763XK1 PTF's.
