Ah - SF45949.  Another PTF that didn't go through enough testing before
being released upon the world.

SF45949 does show that it is superseded by SF47083 (check SF97320, and
the cover letter for SF47083
).
SF47083 was released 1998/03/09.  Another "Just-not-quite-in-time" PTF !
:-)

Ans YES - it SHOULD be a HIPER PTF !

(And this wasn't covered in the IBM HIPER Fax Bulletin for the 7 days
ended March 9, 1998 that just arrived on my fax machine an hour ago).
