Neil and others: SF43692 has been applied for a while on our system as well as the clients. I sent a problem record to the S-LINE (We don't have the s-line service.) and insisted on a human(e) response via the telephone! They actually called me back! PTF SF45949 on C8048320 is apparently still being distributed. It creates this error and SF47083 (which DOES NOT SUPERCEDE IT!) will correct the problem. I wonder why this was not HIPERed. (Are you listening IBM?) When I get time, I will check this against the problems detected with SF46509 and SF46059.
