As some might know, I have been recommending, selling, and supporting
Synapse products (actually indirectly for over 15 years as developer Joe
Frank previously wrote for IBM (senior architect for S36 SSP), SSI,
Emerald, Andrew, Netsoft, DCA, Attachmate, Micro-Integration,
Connectronnix, Novell, and others). Joe is well known and respected in IBM
midrange circles. His latest company, Synapse, was founded in 1988.

My customers enjoy Synapse programs that work directly out of the box as
they should. Synapse does not mess with your registry or system files.
The FREE online updates do not destroy your configuration to the AS36/400.
They are able to give FREE tech support because their products work. It's
not exactly like the yawning Maytag service technician but when it works,
support is easier. You are dealing with a different set of problems.

You can download a free live demo of their flagship product, WinAPPC, from
http://www.synapse.com. If you need the router or native TCP/IP
connections (display-TN5250 and printer-LPR/LPD that supports native AS400
SCS printer streams) you will have to contact me or Synapse directly since
it is not in the www demo (they are in the middle of cutting a new CD).

Synapse will be at COMMON in New Orleans at booth number 725. Free CD
based demos will be available for the asking.

You can trust Synapse.
