However, we've had good luck with AUTOTUNE from Help Systems. Yes, yes, I know that any idjit, upon memorizing the work management manual (after reading it at least twice), can do a better job... and I've done so in the past. And I can do it again if I need to. However... I do NOT want to spend all day tweaking the tuning parameters every day to get past the Mid Afternoon Crunch. *sigh* Besides, just dump a whole lot more memory and a bunch of disk arms in the system and all your clogs go down the drain!
