Arrays in RPG, DDS

If I have an array in RPG, can I map it to a display or printer file?
I.e. I have an array A with 3 elements, can I do A,1 A,2 A,3 in
displays like I can in RPG? Or am I cursed with moving each element
into a discrete DDS field, like I'm presently doing?
