I have experienced all of the problems metioned in this thread.  But after moving to a TCP/IP connection a couple of months ago, all of my CA problems vanished!  Therefore, I attribute most if not all of CA - Win95 incompatibility issues to NS Router.  Maintaining my companies CA base used to be such a nightmare.  But now it's like a great dream!  ;-)
