That's odd, I knew that Halon 1301 was being phased out but thought that a
replacement (1309?) was available.  CO2 GAS in high enough concentrations
should work, but I share your concerns about the other states...

Yep, but they're pricey$!  I've found that an informal arrangement with a
local (non-competitor, of course) company using a /400 can be quite
equitable, IF you have the manual procedures in place so that only critical
applications absolutely HAVE to be run on the computer.
