I use SNDNETSPLF, followed by a SBMNETJOB.  The network job submits a CL
that receives the file sent with the SNDNETSPLF.  You could have a CL which
receives the net file, and looks to see if all 4 files have come in yet, if
all 4 files are in, it could submit a job to process them.  You could also
have a job on the remote machine that starts up at 06:300 and looks at the
network queue for the incomming files and process them when they arrive; or
raise an alarm if they don't arrive by a specified time of day.
