We have done this by sending the file via SNDNETF and right afterwards
sending a SNDNETJOB(or is it SBMNETJOB) which goes to the same location
as the NETF and does the receive function(RCVNETF) unpacks it an processes
the file.

P.S. I've done the same thing with APPC and also DDM.
