History Log Problems

This morning I took a look at my history log and there were some strange
items at the end.  Its showing an attended IPL in the list with a time
stamp of 08/23/28.  Thats pretty weird if you ask me.  System date is
correct so where did this item come from?  Defective PTF I guess. 
Anyone run into a problem like this?  Everything else looks fine on the
system although, the log entries are not even being written anymore.  It
just shows the mysterious IPL (it didn't really happen) and then stops. 
By the way, I am on V3R6 and have c7140360 installed.  Any thoughts?
