Hello all.
I'm on R6 on a 520 running V5R3. First order of business is to finalize
the quote on a Power 6 box. The decision, of course, is between V5R4 &
V6R1.
I've heard lots of horror stories (months ago) about the number of
downloads needed to go to V6R1. I spoke to a local business partner a
couple of weeks ago who was about to migrate another customer and he
told me that Infor has done a lot to make it easier. Has anyone made the
switch lately (like within the last month or so)? I'm looking for first
hand experience on how it went and what to watch out for.
Thanks.
