I don't believe Kevin said anything that merited this response.

There are good affiliates and others not so good. I'm sorry your
experience wasn't so good.

Kevin,

Please point everbody to the Infor site that shows the published
prices so everybody can compare direct $ against affiliate $. When you
do that I will believe your other statements too. We do not have the
affiliate of record anymore so why write such a big email reply back
to me. We were unhappy and moved 3 years back. Nobody ever called to
see if we were satisfied. We made the effort and it was OK and we are
still running Infor software. That is good for everyone and you too.

** By the way providing false information one time is too much. You
said consistently provided false information. What are you thinking
there.

Regards,

R.K

It should be an open option for everyone. We had bad service from
affiliates and we were behind our competition with technology. We were
spending too much money and were very disatisfied and started looking
at other software companies. The economy has really hurt small
consulting companies and they don not call us any more. Infor still
wants you as a customer and to stay on Infor products so they will
switch you to keep you happy. Call the main phone number and see what
the requirements are now. We moved 3 years back. # 678-319-8000. We
use Infor knowledge zone and do all personnel training in house and on
line at our pace and our schedule. I think it costs $3000 per year and
Infor always helps us whenever we want to set somthing up for our
people. We run smoothe now.

Best of luck in your quest

Infor direct customers get advantage from lower prices and better
support. We were switched over to direct 3 years ago and could not be
happier. Our software price negotiations are a thing from the past.
Any commissions that the affiliate normally received is lopped right
off the price from the start now. We have access to all Infor
managers
any time we have a problem. Our salesperson keeps us informed all of
the time. Infor always take care of us right away now. When we were
with affiliates we were outside looking in and could never get a
strait story on what we were really buying.

Good luck to your efforts

R.K

I am wondering if anyone has moved over from being an affiliate
customer to being a direct Infor customer? What was the process and
what are the advantages and disadvantages?

Thanks,

Saffy
