Tim,

I am not sure what the controlled warehouse really has to
do with it but without MRP you could use the order point
system in IM to do some very rough planning equivalent to
MRP. The recommendations of the reorder report could be
turned into POs to replennish the subcomponents automatically.

You may have to customize the program a bit however since the
calcs on the reorder report are EOQ ones that respond to
tailoring options for cost of order, etc.

What other modules do you have?
