Controlled Whse

I am currently in the process of setting up and implementing a controlled
warehouse which will be done through MAPICS.  The whse is currently using
the pick list to create manufacturing orders for end items and ticket
writing which informs the cell that a finished item is needed.  For the
replenishment of components the cells are turning in ROP cards which is
manually maintained.  The MRP module is not being used at this time.  The
problem I have is how do you use the system to give each cell the
requirements of what needs to be produced and when it needs to be complete
by.  Is there a report that can be utilized or does the MRP module need to
be turned on?  Is there a scheduling tool that can be accessed with the
current system setup?
