Hi Violaine! Hi Muireann!

I run WDT 5.1 Code/400 against OS400 V5R2 on theww separate iSeries boxes.
There ARE hiccoughs, but it works. Take Violaine's advice and delete all
your STRCODE user spaces.

Then reboot the PC and fire up the project organiser. Refresh the list.
You'll get the sign-on prompt (sign in,) and then a warning that you are
missing a PTF. Ignore the missing PTF message (click OK.) Once your
refresh finishes, go to an OS400 command line and do a STRCODE server_name
PORT(4200). You'll get a message that the handshake contains errors.
Ignore it (click OK.)

Now your editing/verify should work all day.

If either the OC or iSeries reboots, you need to go through the strcode
process again (sign on through Code or CPO, get PTF message then strcode.)

This has been working for me for 9 months or so. Win2K, but Win98 before
that.
