CL GUI Prompting function is implemented in JAVA. Just to bring up the JVM
and the runtime, it takes up almost 20,000K already.
In addition to the JAVA functions required by CL GUI Prompting, another
20,000K is loaded. That is why you are seeing almost
40,000K increase for the editor. This is the required resource when this
handy feature is used.

As I have pointed out many, many times, this 'use as is' CL GUI Prompting
version on the web has not been updated since SP2.
