David:
I don't know why you have problem getting the readme on the web.
Anyway, the section in readme is just showng you how to install that same
document you have been browsing on the web.
I just took a brief look thorugh it. Can you identify any one of the
symptoms that applies to you?

Hak -

The web page displayed by the link below doesn't have a link for
name="Install".
I went searching through the page, went to the link describing problems
with
Help and was instructed to display an HTML page on my CD. I did. It's the
same page found at the FTP link I used the first time. Back to square one.

I guess at this point, I'm stuck uninstalling NetQuestion and trying to
reinstall it, unless someone else has a good idea?

April Fools. Bah.

I reviewed the archives and found the document talking about how to
reconfigure help
(ftp://service.software.ibm.com/as400/products/ad/wdt400/helpsys_diag.html)
but it was written by IBM. I've tried all morning to decipher and use the
document to help me, but... well... I still can't get Help to work. Not
from CodeEdit nor from my Start menu.

I need some assistance getting help to work. Can someone point me to a
straight-forward document written for those of us with only a bachelor's
degree? (Not by a programmer - even though I am one...)

Thanks.
