I don't think that SEU can delete an existing PF.  You have to make it a
different name or delete it before submitting a compile.  This is a
limitation of the CRTPF command,  I guess IBM wanted to protect you from
yourself.  They only allow you to replace a program because they save a
copy in an IBM system library.
