Hi Jeff,
the main reason we leave these directories out there, you might have put
your own files and sub-directories in there and we don't want to destroy
those, ADTSWIN for example was the default directory for VARPG projects and
source files.
Also VARPG used to, by default, put files into subdirectories TEST and
Cache in ADTSWIN, you might depend on these for working with your old
projects. If directory CACHE is gone VARPG will re-cache the DB info as you
need it into WDT400\CACHE, if files are not found in ADTSWIN\TEST when
running a a VARPG app, you will have to re-compile your VARPG projects so
the needed files end up in WDT400\TEST where VARPG will find them now.
If you don't have any of your own stuff in these ADTS* directories you can
remove them, WDT doesn't depend on them, but use caution since ADTSWIN has
been the default directory to store VARPG project info as pointed out
above.
