I installed SP1 for WDT V4R5M1 today.  Since then the STRCODE command will not
work.  I get the following in the job log:

- The name of the error is ERR_TCPIP (3429).
- The name of the function is ipClientConnect-connect.

- The default information has been retrieved from *LIBL/STRCODE *USRSPC.
- The server name is AS400.
- The communications type is *TCPIP.
- The APPC remote location name is *ICFF.
- The TCP/IP remote location name is 4.0.0.3.
- The TCP/IP port is 4200.
