OOPS ... I forgot to mention

We are BPCS version 405 CD thru release 02 with the Y2K BMR package
and OS/400 V5R1 on a model 170 AS/400

in which 95% of the personnel doing the BPCS job are not the same peoplewho got the BPCS education, due to turn-over of personnel and other reasons.

We are not on OSG and try to exhaust all possibilities before resort tocalling tech support.
