Any problems because of not being on OGS?

Thanks, John

My management, and me when I look at it, have a real hard time parsing SSA invoices.

At least with IBM the invoice says what this is FOR and we can take their code numbers and try to figure out what it REALLY is for, and if we still have that equipment or software.
At least with IBM the invoice says what TIME FRAME this is FOR so we have some idea on budget and when it next due and identify those IBM bills that are double billing.
With the multiplicity of IBM bills (1 set of same kind of equipment not on 1 bill but on infinite bills), this means that we not audit all bills, less trouble to pay most and audit occasional.

But with SSA bills it is
What is this FOR?
Didn't we just pay this bill 8 months ago?
Is this another of those bogus scam bills from someone pretending to be one of our vendors?

Not being on OSG just means that SSA not get paid a few months longer because it is more difficult to access someone who can explain some billing, and more likely that we give up on figuring out how to ask what this is for, and thus not pay until they manage to contact us wit appropriate clarity.

We have the further complication that about a year ago we changed the name of the company to better reflect the business we now in, and six months ago we got new ownership, and both times SSA acted like we were a new company that needed to pay again 100% of what we had already paid to use our computer resources. But we were the same factories, same ERP, same personnel, same management, same assets and liabilities, and did not understand why a change in corporate name or investor group should require anything other than a name change on some paperwork.
