RMA Problem -- BPCS-L

Dear all,

we are on BPCS V6.0.02 MM, before Year2000, we can process RMA produre, i.e. RMA entry(Order Type 1,Order Class 3) ------>Save Copy Of (Order Type 7,Order Class 8)--------> allocated the sales order------>Billing the sales order,then invoice will be printed and inventory will be increased automatically (RM Transaction Code defaulted). but ,now we setup up the additional service packed file BMRR62600207 + OPS_RUNTIME_Service_Pack_6.0.02.38.4 + BMRX62000627, we can't allocate the sales order, this function is disabled in windows screen. How to happen the problem and resolve it?
