BPCS 4.0.5 (nonCD)

We use campaign planning on a regular basis, and noticed one campaign that had
one shop order (first one in a group of 5) where each line called for slightly
different quantities of the raw materials than the other 4. Every material on
the shop order was "off", but not by a consistant amount ... some a little
higher, some a little lower ... all differences were less than .05 (although
that small amount can be critical when working with chemicals!). I checked the
FMA, FOD, and FSO files, and couldn't see anything that was different, and the
planner is sure there were no manual changes made.

Has anyone else ever noticed a problem with this, or have any ideas?
