They have meetings & annual conferences periodically & I hear about some of 
them ... we have not been a member for several years & I suspect that user 
groups do not do a lot of marketing to past members that have not been to 
meetings in eons, then each time there is an election of officers, the 
official contact point will change.

I suggested to our local AS/400 user group that groups need to have internet 
presnece such that a search engine someone looking for some group in some 
community is going to locate said group.  Evansville area now appear to be 
headed in that direction.

Actually I think the MBUG group is misnamed ... Chicago & vicinity would be 
better name.

There is another group that perhaps should be called that since they have 
meetings all over the Midwest, most recently the BPCS conference @ Purdue, 
but I think that group is called NOBUGS, named after Northern Ohio, but I 
like their logo which is a picture of some nasty insect with a red X circle 
over it.
