I used NEXGEN to convert both BPCS and all the custom AS/SET programs. The
actual conversion of files and programs took about 6 weeks. The files took
about a week, the BPCS programs about 2 weeks, and the AS/SET sets and
programs about 3 weeks.

The IS staff tested and "touched" all converted objects and the user
community tested all processes.

The client was running three BPCS environments and numerous custom programs
and interfaces to BPCS.
