What is the proper way to write a web service URL with more than one input parameter?

I was thinking: http://series i/api/nameOfService/parm1,parm2,parm3,parm4

Follow-on question: In the IWS interview - this apparently isn't correct.

URI path template: e.g. /temperature, /temperature/{temp:\d+}
