I started to change the Subject line and then realized I don't know what to change it to.

-----------------------------------------

The error log message says:

[Wed Oct 03 20:34:40.265928 2018] [cgi:error] [pid 17251:tid 00000198] [client 10.80.177.35:59384] AH01215: CGI PROGRAM /QSYS.LIB/DVABRMD.LIB/STWEBSRVCR.PGM RETURNED EXCEPTION ID MCH3401:

----------------------------------------

Which suggests to me that I have a library list issue? A path problem? Or I do not understand Scott's instructions?

      //   To compile:
      //>    CRTSQLRPGI STWEBSRVCR SRCFILE(QNLABS) DBGVIEW(*SOURCE) -
      //>               OBJTYPE(*MODULE)
      //>    CRTPGM STWEBSRVCR BNDSRVPGM(QHTTPSVR/QZHBCGI) ACTGRP(QNWEBSRV01)

-------------------------------------------------------

When I run the web service RPG program in DEBUG, from a green screen, charVar and bicCharVar are each populated correctly.

Now, if you still have problems, please refresh us on what the problem is,
if it isn't the same as the title of the message.
