What is the actual fully qualified path to the file on the IFS that you
want to view? That means please specify it with the leading slash, and it
should be something you can use EDTF or WRKLNK with that same value to view.

Then, show us your HTTP Config. There needs to be a link from one to the
other. Preferably something that masks the actual path to the file.
