I would be interested in knowing the answer to that, too.

When I inspect one of the example pages for Bootstrap (http://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/examples/pricing/), I definitely see JS scripts at the bottom of the page. But I don't know if these are unmodified scripts from the Bootstrap library or if someone had to develop their own scripts based on the Bootstrap library.
