Im trying to "renew" the cert using DCM. I downloaded the .crt file from network solutions and tried to renew. I get the following message:

"Certificate not renewed. The certificate information in the file does not match any of the certificates in the certificate store."

I then clicked on view certificate from dcm and from my windows pc clicked on the .crt file to view the certificate details. They look the same. Of source im not comparing apples to apples since the screen are from two different systems.

Any ideas?

Thanks for posting, Kevin.

I read through and the only thing it seems is different is it's a PFX
file with a password. Do you know how that bypasses the need for a
CSR? I am curious. :)

I also don't think the OP had a pfx file, just the crt files from the issuer.
